So if anyone remembers (or was around at the time of posting) I brutally ripped off the front bumper and grill of my grandmothers civic about a week ago while failing to back out of a garage, Here's an update
I decided to go the DIY route in fixing the civic. But due to the fact that they look so god damn similar, I mistook the civics model year for a 2009/2010, but in reality It was a 2008 (which has a really different bumper/grill setup), So I was contacting some local car dealerships, telling them It was a 2010, thankfully I didn't place an order with any of them at that time. It wasn't until I actually started browsing a honda parts site that had schematics late at night that I realised it was a '08. So after realising my stupidity, I then I picked a '08 bumper up from a dealership, and now it's sitting in the garage, waiting to be affixed to the car.
